These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 666win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 666win website located at 666win.wine and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotions made available through it.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 666win. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or with different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 666win account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC (Know Your Customer) process. 666win is required to verify player identities as part of responsible operation and anti-fraud procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666win account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with anyone. All activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. Deposits are credited to your 666win account wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 666win is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, bank, or mobile operator. All payment methods used to deposit must be in your own name, registered to the same individual as the 666win account. Depositing via payment methods belonging to another person — even a family member — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

666win is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. IBFT bank transfers may take 2–6 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow card-network timelines which may take 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 666win account. 666win will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing a withdrawal for the first time — or when the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold determined by 666win — identity verification (KYC) must be completed. This typically requires a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may include proof of payment method ownership. 666win processes KYC requests within 24–48 hours during business days.

Withdrawals involving active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be held until the requirements are satisfied or the bonus is forfeited. If you wish to withdraw without completing wagering requirements, contact support to forfeit the bonus — the remaining real-money balance will then be available for withdrawal.

All bets placed on 666win are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the 666win platform registers the transaction and returns a bet reference number. Technical issues on the player's side — including poor internet connection, device crashes, or accidental page refreshes — do not constitute grounds for cancellation of a confirmed bet.

For sports and PSL betting markets: 666win reserves the right to void markets where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled time, or where clear pricing errors have been made. In the event of a void, stakes are returned in full to the player's account balance.

For crash games: each round's crash point is generated by a provably fair algorithm prior to the round commencing. The outcome is irreversible once the round has concluded. 666win does not offer refunds on crash game rounds under any circumstances, including cases where a player's internet connection was lost after the round commenced.

For Ludo games: matches are governed by the specific Ludo game rules displayed within the 666win Ludo section. Disconnection policies vary by game mode — please review the in-game rules before entering a paid match. Tournament results are final once all rounds of that tournament bracket have concluded.

666win reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or game session. Maximum single-session payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Jackpot wins may be subject to staged payment where the jackpot amount exceeds a threshold specified in the jackpot game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 666win and will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on 666win in any name or combination of names
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the 666win platform for money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering
• Colluding with other players in any game, including Ludo, to fix match outcomes or exploit betting markets
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the 666win platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with 666win's platform, software, or security systems
• Chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits — this will result in permanent account suspension and legal recovery action for the charged-back amount
• Systematic bonus abuse, including match-play across multiple accounts, or wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay

666win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; failure to meet eligibility requirements; or where required by applicable law or regulation.

In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation, 666win may freeze account funds pending investigation. The investigation period may take up to 30 days. If the investigation clears the account, all funds are released. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be confiscated in full or in part commensurate with the nature and extent of the breach.

Players may close their own 666win account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to 666win, provided the account is not under investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
